Scope
These terms cover bridgeledgermarine.com and the contact methods on it. They do not cover use of the BridgeLedger Marine platform at app.bridgeledgermarine.com — that is set out in the pilot agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape the site at a rate that affects its availability;
- submit false or impersonating contact details;
- attempt to access any non-public endpoint;
- use the site to send unsolicited bulk messages back to us.

The screenshots, copy, and brand assets on this site are owned by BridgeLedger Marine. You may reference the site, link to it, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce the brand mark in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without written permission.
No warranty for the marketing site
The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate, but information here is not a contractual representation about the platform. Anything we commit to in a pilot will be in writing in the pilot agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Cyprus law, our liability arising from your use of this site is limited to direct damages and capped at EUR 100. This does not limit any liability we have under the pilot agreement, which has its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Limassol.
